We love interesting rifles! Just arrived is a Stevens Model 1915 in .22 Long Rifle. The drop block action works as designed, and the bore is excellent. The blued barrel shows over 90% original finish, and the stock and fore end show handling marks, but nice medium color finish. The receiver has turned patina, with some light freckling on the left side of the receiver. The barrel and fore end do not fit flush with the receiver, but the factory hole drilled on the underside of the barrel allows for the takedown screw to fit in where it belongs. As with any old, vintage guns, you will want to take it to a gunsmith prior to shooting it to get their blessing! Don’t miss out on this beauty!
